At this stage, we gather and analyze all project data: goals and objectives, your requirements and CRM system capabilities, sales processes, and communication channels with clients. We analyze employee performance in current company services and the purchase process. Based on this data, we form the project structure, which will be the basis for CRM design and implementation.

Result: CRM structure in the form of an interactive graphical map reflecting the interaction of the company's main structures (BPMN diagram) and a plan for further project work.
Engineering
Before implementing the CRM, we outline possible scenarios in BPMN diagram format:

Experience with Similar Projects
Implementation of a corporate portal for 160 employees based on Bitrix24 with training and automation of the contract approval business process

The collaboration is currently completed. We implemented a portal for 96 people. We developed an algorithm for the pilot approval process in electronic form involving the initiator, lawyer, CFO, counterparty, office manager, and CEO. We automated the developed algorithm on the portal and provided a detailed demonstration of the process.
